TS-70 Moly Paste

TS-70 Moly Paste is a thread compound with 70% molybdenum disulfide, NLGI No.2, especially suitable for wet or corrosive conditions, including subsea applications. It has highly consistent torque values for makeup and breakout.

Benefits

TS-70 contains 70% molybdenum disulfide by weight, and provides uniform and durable boundary lubrication under extreme pressure, in wet or corrosive environments, and over a wide temperature range.

It has proven to be an outstanding lubricant for saltwater environments above and below the surface, sub-sea riser, BOP, flange equipment and structural bolts.  With a coefficient of friction close to that of pure MoS2, superior wear protection is assured.
Uses
TS-70 is a general purpose moly paste with many uses. It has proven to be an outstanding lubricant for a saltwater environment, above and below the surface: subsea riser, BOP, flange equipment and structural bolts. Other applications are components for press fittings, threads in tapping, boundary lubricating of parts in assembly and make-up, bushings of heavily loaded slow moving bearings, and many more.
